They're both free containers, and there isn't a significant
performance difference, so either one works from a free media
perspective. Ogg was designed specifically for streaming, and is the
recommended container for theora video, so there are more wild files
using it. The Firefox, Chrome and Opera browsers have native support
for Ogg Theora video.
