[ogg-dev] [PATCH] proposed new oggz codecs tool

Hi,

this simply reads all the BOS pages in a stream (will be blind to chained
streams though) and outputs a list of used codecs in that stream. While it
could be done with oggz info and sed/awk/grep/sort/uniq, I became bored
waiting for oggz info to trawl through gigabytes of stuff to print more than
I needed. While there, I made it able to output something that could also
be used for filling the codecs MIME parameter, in case someone would
have a use for it in CGI or something.
The tool is essentially oggz info with lots taken out.
Man page generation is untested, I don' t have the necessary tools.
