you'll need an update of mod_annodex-ap20 (ie. mod_annodex for Apache
2.x). Changeset 3528 allows it to be configured with a handler name of
"application/annodex" (while still allowing "application/x-annodex" or
simply "annodex"). It also uses the newer mime types for checking
Accept quality, and in the generated X-Accept-TimeURI response header.
