ok, I've modified libannodex and mod_annodex to use the mime types
without x- (in changesets 3528-3530). This also fixes anything using
libannodex, ie. annodex-tools, cmmlwiki etc.

Nothing in current liboggz uses mime types, so no modification is
required there.
