That should refer to oggzdump, not oggzdiff:

         * 'oggzdump --revert' fixes for long oggzdump packetinfo lines

'oggzdump --revert' constructs an Ogg file from an oggzdump, using
the hexdumped packet values. It allows you to do a binary edit of
packet data and then rebuild the modified file (ie. put the packets
back into pages and recalculate the checksums). Recently the leading
line of output for each packet of oggzdump was expanded, and these
fixes simply take that into account. The revert feature may have been
broken during the previous release, but now it's working again.

Also in 0.9.7, I forgot to mention the following tool updates:

        * oggzdiff: Ensure the diff return code isn't lost (ogg.k.ogg.k)
        * oggzdiff: Correction to TMPDIR fallback (Angus Lees)

cheers,

Conrad.
