Sorry for not replying earlier. This issue was still in my current queue,
but other work had to take priority the past two weeks.
Once we work out what the issue is, I (or someone else) can make a tool
to fix the existing files. However the cause of the problem will also
need to be fixed, whether in oggCut or ffmpeg.
