FYI, video/ogg and audio/ogg are already registered and should be used
wherever possible.

A very basic (and incomplete) chart:
Theora streams use video/ogg
Vorbis streams use audio/ogg
Complex multimedia/applications use application/ogg

More details on what goes where are available in the RFC that
registered the new types.
