Sorry.

However, according to the ticket (939), which is the first result to
show up, the Skeleton support is disabled by default and requires the
use of a command flag.  In light of recent events, it is perhaps a
better idea to switch that and have Skeleton by default and disable it
by using a command flag.

Jolly good the main Theora encoder is up to spec, though.
