Ivo,

there are alreay many implementations of CMML and Skeleton. Just check
out http://www.annodex.net/ . There is content at
http://media.annodex.net/cmmlwiki/ .

But I agree that we need to get skeleton support into mainstream
encoders, not just the decoders.
