[ogg-dev] serialised cmml examples

Ian, all,

I've fixed up CMMLWiki to include the CMML clips in the video stream.

The code was there but commented out and bitrotten :-/

Note that cmmlwiki is currently set up to use the (in-development)
liboggplay plugin for video playback.
