Thanks for getting back to me.

Sorry, I meant I can get annodex files out of it, but the
contained CMML stream only contains the bos and the two
secondary headers:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE cmml SYSTEM "cmml.dtd">

2.
<head/>

Actually, should (1.) contain "<?cmml ..." as well?
