[ogg-dev] Replacing monthly meetings

Hi everyone,

I has become clear in the past few months that the monthly meetings
simply do not work. Some of the reasons seem to be timezone problems,
busy schedules and apparent lack of interest from key people. Unless
someone can propose a solution to that, I suggest we simply dump the
idea and instead fall back to non-interactive discussions (e.g. setup
xiph-meet at xiph.org) and/or setup closed, ad-hoc meetings with people
interested in a particular subject.

Any thoughts?
