[ogg-dev] OGG VORBIS splitter

Hi to all.
I'm writing a softare called CUE Splitter (freeware), you can find it at
http://cue-splitter.enfis.it (Windows only).

I'd like to add OGG (VORBIS) support for splitting, so I need to split an OGG
VORBIS file without decoding/re-encoding the audio data.

Can anyone point me to the right direction?

I need a simple file format specification or tutorial abuot OGG or OGG VORBIS.
