I added text to the "OggPCM" draft on Friday clarifying the granulepos
mapping, and incorporating the terminology for audio frames that Erik
suggested in email earlier last week. I also incorporated there the
constraint on OggPCM packets that Erik had suggested (that frames not be
split across packets). So, feel free to copy those sections across to
the new draft.

The Ogg spec doesn't specify what unit of time a granule is, only that
it is monotonically increasing between data packets.
