[neurosetta] positron 1.0 beta 1 released

Xiph.org and Digital Innovations are pleased to announce the release of
positron 1.0 beta 1 - the Linux syncronization manager software for the
Neuros Audio Computer.

Packages and source are available at http://www.xiph.org/positron.

Please note that this is beta software and read the warnings in the
README.
