[neurosetta] Neurosetta Beta 2

Not in the near (or less near) future.  There is no Vorbis encoder for
embedded platforms to my knowledge yet, and it would be a large task to
write one.  The release version of Neurosetta will not record in
Vorbis.  (Not to say it isn't possible, but that's not in the cards
right now.)
