[neurosetta] positron hanging on ogg files

Yeah, it is.  I probably have a few versions of the ogg/vorbis libs
lying around, old versions of the python bindings, and possibly even
old positron pieces in the mix, so I'll have to try stuff out with a
cleaner system to see if it's my fault somehow.  If you want a copy of
a file that it doesn't like, I can probably make a 30-second clip that
it bugs out on to pass along.
