[libcmml-dev] libcmml memory reading functions

Hi Alessandro, Conrad, all,

I think we came across this problem before when we tried using libcmml for DirectShow plugins. I'd very much appreciate if you implement a proper API for
in-memory reading, like the *_io_* functions. I'd rather add a proper set of
API functions than a quick hack to the codebase. Please go ahead! Sounds like you've given it good thoughts!

Alessandro has a diff and API proposal at:

for extending the libcmml API to read from memory, towards building
a gstreamer element. Sounds good to me, any objections or other plans?
