<div>I have a dedicated host and the server is a 2 x Intel Xeon X5560 Clock 2.80 GHZ x 8 Cores.</div>

<div>Looking at htop command report and +8k listeners streaming in 48Kbps AAC:</div>
<ul>
<li>Icecast has peak of 85% CPU usage in 1 core;</li>
<li>Sometimes show 4 cores usage;</li>
<li>Rarely show 8 cores usage;</li>
</ul>
<div>So, how to improve the server usage? KVM virtualize it with 1 VM per core? Or theres anything else to do?</div>
