Hi, used that tool, and the port is open, and icecast is allowed to
run on firewall.<br>

And if you're comfortable with it, share the ip address either on
the list or to me privately, so I can check for you. Have you
checked the firewall running on the icecast server itself? If
you're running Windows, make sure you've exempted the icecast
program from the firewall rules.<br>

Are you even sure that your icecast server is exposed on the internet?
Is your icecast server running on a public or private ip address? If
it's running on a private ip address (192.168.0.0/16, 10.0.0.0/8 or
172.16.0.0/12), then you have to do some port forwarding, so your
listeners can reach it.
