That is abusing Icecast as a web server. Use Apache or Nginx instead
if you want to serve static files.<br>

Icecast is meant for live streaming. That means that at a given
point in time all listeners/viewers will see the same content,
regardless when they connect (modulo buffering and other things).<br>
