<DIV>Am I correct that in order to play static files (i.e. mp3s, ogg audio, theora video) with Icecast 2 that I do not need an encoder (i.e. ezstream, ices)?</DIV>

<DIV>I'm particularly interested in serving up theora video files, but the only experience I've had with Icecast is with an earlier version streaming audio, which worked great.</DIV>
