[Icecast] WG: How set charset for all mount type="normal"

Hi,



is my understanding correct, if I put the following code into the xml file,
that all following mount definitions with type="normal" are using UTF-8?



<mount type="normal">

       <charset>UTF-8</charset>

</mount>
