[Icecast] libxml2 is required

Hi,

please avoid including all the past emails in your replies, as it makes your
emails huge and mailman blocks them.

Please attach your config.log after you ran ./configure.
configure uses pkg-config to look for the libxml2.pc file
in the default pkgconfig search paths.
