I've been following this messages for a while just starting to reply.
I'm having issues with googleusercontent com connecting for days 
rebroadcasting my streams without permission.
Ubuntu 18.05
CentovaCast Control Panel
UFW rules haven't stopped googleuser from connecting, the change the 
server and connect again.
If they were attempting to log-in fail2ban would stop them
I'm also looking to block all IPs originating in Russia

Please excuse me if I made an error
