[Icecast] Single input to multiple outputs with different fallbacks

I have an input mount /input that butt connects to

I have 2 fallback mounts /fallback1 and /fallback2

What I want is for the input to feed 2 outputs one of which that falls back to /fallback1 and the other to /fallback2

Is this possible with icecast?  Is it possible to use relays or aliases to achieve this?
