[Icecast] Problem with connecting ices to port 8443

[Bananradion]

Why is it that I can connect ices2 to all other ports than 8443?
The icecast server is running on port 8443 with a valid ssl-connection, but
i can't connect to it with ices.

EROR stream/ices_instance_stream Failed initial connect to
bananradion.bananklubben.se:8443 (Socket is busy: Success)
