[Icecast] Personal help?

Hi, 

We are a small blind radio station, we really could use some help.  We are
having some issues, we have know idea how to fix them.

I really hate asking.  But is there anyone that would be willing to help us
out?

I am not sure I can give out an email address.  So I will just wait for a
reply.
