I gave up on trying to get different players on different mobiles to 
work with some URL's and formats.  Now I just link to an external web 
player with my stream settings on my website that works in Chrome and 
most browsers for AAC or MP3. It's quite handy if you haven't already 
heard of it. Never had an issue with it on mobiles, yet.
