[Icecast] SSL Issue - Cannot connect source

Hello Team,

After getting my icecast server working with LetEncrypt SSL Certificate I
cannot connect my source. I am using BUTT as the source, any ideas, I have
also tried connecting with Sam Broadcaster and it reports Error 10054
