[Icecast] log file message I don't understand

Those POKE-requests are made by modern libshout when probing the server
for supported options. It is done this way as modern OPTIONS interface
is not supported by older servers as well as non-HTTP servers (such as
Shoutcast).

So with a modern source those messages are perfectly normal and can be
ignored.
