[Icecast] How to make the playlist repeat

I removed the debian-multimedia repo, removed ices and icecast, then apt update and installed ices and icecast. Now I've run into a config problem, but that's unrelated to this particular thread. I'll get that sorted out and then confirm that the repeat problem is resolved.
