[Icecast] Request for Review of CORS Handling patch

Hi,

Could I request the volks with commit and review access for Icecast to
please review Julien Crouzet's patch/pull request/branch [1] -
http://git.xiph.org/?p=icecast-server.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/jucrouzet-CORS ?

The patch/pull request/branch adds CORS handling functionality. This
will help volks to use Icecast in scenarios where it is currently
difficult to use it viz. browser-based non-flash playback.

Marvin (ePirat) has been kind enough to support Julien on this patch.
He has reviewed the patch and created a specific branch for it on the
Icecast git. Another reviewer reviewing and approving the patch will
enable the patch to get merged.

Last, but not the least, a big thank you to Julien and Marvin.
