Someone is calling your server at <host>:<port>/listen

Presumably the /listen mount doesn't exist.  If fileserve is enabled, 
which it is by default, Icecast then looks to see if a file called listen 
is available in the configured directory.

the /listen endpoint has some significance for a different server product 
if my memory serves me correctly, but I don't recall exactly which one as 
it's been awhile since I did a lot with this stuff.
