No it is not.
This is the official Icecast with many many new features that will
become the 2.5 release, hopefully at some point soon™. There will be
another Beta release very soon™, hopefully including improved CORS support.

Please don't ask for/about the KH software here. It's a separate project
that has diverged significantly. If you are so inclined any search
engine should point you to it.

We're happy to discuss any issues/problems you might have with official
Icecast.
We're also interested to hear about what kind of features our users are
looking for.
