Do you mean you are trying to send Now Playing data to TuneIn so that 
the current song title and artist appears in their player?

Here's a description of how their API works and what you have to send 
it. I don't have a solution for sending it from the server and would 
LOVE to know one myself!

In the absence of a server-based solution, these guys offer an 
inexpensive widget that scrapes the metadata from the stream and sends 
it to TuneIn:

If you were after something else, then hopefully one of the other 
responses will help.
