[Icecast] free Icecast windows source software with HE-AAC(/v2) support

AAC incorporates all the AAC family including HE-AAC, LC-AAC, etc.  I’m fairly sure LibFAAC supports HE-AAC.  Not sure about v2 though.

Thank though AAC isn't HE-AACv2

You need to download the AAC encoder DLL separately.
