ices 0.x is no longer supported for more than a decade.
It uses a HTTP based upstream but downstream is ICY as MP3 can not be
transmitted over HTTP with metadata. And ICY's metdata support is broken
all the way.
*Those problems are inherent to MP3 streaming.*
We really recommend not to use MP3 at all. Ogg/Vorbis and Opus don't
have those problems.
