maybe wrong english words are being used?

I have a feeling that the default settings are at fault here, in the .xml file, there is a line that has to be uncommented so that the server starts.
I’m only a newbie, but have a feeling this could be his “newbie” problem

if am wrong, i will put my beer down and go off to bed.....
