Thanks Phillip...I did manage to finally edit the config file...had to run
as admin...should have known that!
Im not the most apt computer guy

I was told that I implemented config reload via the web interface for that
reason[0]. Seems I forgot about it. I'm sorry for that.
You can find it as a button in the 'Global server stats' section in the
admin area[1].

[0] to support it on windows. However it seems to be a nice feature anyway
and is non-windows specific.
