[Icecast] Icecast 2 on ubuntu 14 - service will not start using /etc/init.d

I do not know how is in Ubuntu, but in Debian ...
insserv icecast2 <--- include icecast service on the startup
ls /etc/rc* | grep icecast2 <--- check if icecast service is included on
the startup
