[Icecast] Icecast 2 on ubuntu 14 - service will not start using /etc/init.d

This did not start my service.

No entries in my logs either.

/etc/init.d/icecast2 start
Running Debian GNU/Linux is also necesary configure /etc/default/icecast2 with ENABLE=true Perhaps you should do the same.
