Thanks a lot Uno. I'm sure this will help. On iPhone there's an app called "Spreaker" but it only broadcasts on 128Mbps.

what you are looking for is probably a *client* for your phone.
for iphone, check iCast and Koalasan, for android broadcastmyself.
of course you'd need an icecast server to stream to.
