[Icecast] help!!

The simple way would be setup a server and start it use VLC and create a
playlist of music say 10, or 20 songs. Using a encoder like BUTT to encode
the stream to the mountpoint on the server. Then create a web page with all
the code linking all your widgets and source stream gadgets you want the
user end to have available.... then create a simple android apk that a user
can install on their phone.
