[Icecast] Streaming Stats Problem

It might be possible that this is a bug in 2.3.2, it would be great if 
you could
try out a recent version (2.4.1).

Please note that we dropped the Windows Service and GUI, to start 
Icecast you need to
run the icecast.bat file. (The config is located at the current dir, in 
the etc folder
and you might want to replace it with your config file.)
