[Icecast] Password authentication problem with IOS and Android HTML5

Thanks. I've just also found another work-around for Chrome/Android. I 
have yet to test it on IOS.

If the username and password is injected into the URL it works. This can 
be done with some Javascript on the HTML5 player i.e.

<source src="http://username:password@myicecastserver.org/mystream.mp3" />
