[Icecast] Compiling icecast with custom libxml2.

Hello.

I've compiled libxml2 v.2.9.1 and libxslt v.1.1.28 in /opt. When 
compiling icecast I can specify --with-xslt-config=/opt/libxslt but can 
not specify the path to libxml2. The compiling fails as in system is 
installed libxml2 v.2.8.0 which seems incompatible with libxslt v.1.1.28.

Could developers add a configure option to specify libxml2 location?
