Check the configuration of Icecast2 (*icecast.xml* file). If your public
IP is 188.8.131.52 and the port is 8000:
If you make changes to the configuration of Icecast2, you must restart
it for the changes to take effect:
> Icecast mailing list
> Icecast at xiph.org
