[Icecast] mailing list

I joined the mailing list to find out how to proceed and get my radio station on the air, and I'm just not getting any answers. I'd like to find out how to proceed and what steps to take next. Isn't there a phone number or a way to chat with someone to find this out??? If not, please remove me from the mailing list and I will take my business elsewhere.
