Assume 128kbps becomes 20kbyte/s after TCP encapsulation.

A back-of-the envelope calculation would be

(6000 [GB] * (1024 * 1024)) / (20 [kbyte/s] * (365 * 86400 / 12) )

= 119.7 users, continually streaming 24/7 for the whole month.


(There are 86400 seconds in a day)
